This Speedmaster Broad Arrow was was unveiled in 2007 as a commemorative special release to mark the 50th Anniversary of the Speedmaster lineage (1957–2007), paying heavy stylistic homage to the original 1957 CK2915-1 reference.
This watch was actually produced in approximately 2006 in accordance with records kept of Omega watch production details referenced to the watch serial number.
Case:
A 42mm asymmetrical stainless steel case featuring the iconic twisted "lyre" lugs that define the Speedmaster lineage. The case has a combination of brushed and polished finishes with polished chronograph pushers and a signed crown. It has a brushed stainless steel fixed bezel featuring an engraved and black-filled tachymeter scale tracking up to 500 units per hour. The case back has an exhibition window of sapphire crystal with highly legible black filled engraved information on a polished outer ring. The serial number is engraved on one of the polished lugs.
Dial:
This dial layout is highly regarded by collectors because it departs from the standard flat printing of the baseline Moonwatch. It features an exquisite, deep gloss-black finish accented by applied multi-faceted metal indices and the signature 1957 heritage-style Broad Arrow hands. A red painted 1957 is beautifully painted below the applied silver Omega logo. The dial also has three chronograph dials with white painted markings with black hands. This is all covered with a domed anti-reflective scratch resistant sapphire crystal.
Calibre:
The Omega Co-Axial calibre 3313 is unlike standard modular or cam-actuated chronograph engines, the Calibre 3313 is an elite, integrated luxury movement featuring a traditional column wheel mechanism and Omega's proprietary Co-Axial escapement. The 3313 has 37 jewels and has a power reserve of 52 hours.
Strap/Bracelet:
The watch comes with the original STZ006346 Omega Stainless Steel bracelet with fold over signed clasp. The watch also comes with a rubber two piece strap on an unsigned deployant clasp. The rubber strap seems like an aftermarket strap.
