Here we have a pre-owned, premium variation of IWC's iconic aviation heritage tool watch.

Introduced as a more luxurious take on the classic Flieger design, the Spitfire reference features an intricate, multi-textured silver sunburst dial accented by applied dimensional metal Arabic numerals and distinctive alpha-style broadsword hands.

This watch was produced in 2005.

Case:

A 39mm Brushed Stainless Steel case with a Polished Smooth Bezel. An Extremely wearable vintage-inspired proportions watch with a screw down crown with two polished chronograph pushers and a solid case back with the case number 3072314 and engraved IWC Logo.  

Dial:

This model comes with the premium Spitfire Silver Sunburst Dial all protected with a Sapphire Crystal and graced by three smaller sub-dials, applied metal Arabic numerals, broadsword hands and a day & date complication at 3.

Movement:

At the heart of this chronograph is the IWC Caliber C.79320 automatic movement. Watch serial number 2632918 is engraved on the movement.

Strap/Bracelet:

The watch comes with the Original IWC Brown Alligator Leather two-piece strap with a signed Buckle. It would comfortably fit a 19.5cm wrist.

The watch comes with the original inner and outer box, Guarantee Book (no card), Instruction Book and IWC boxed microfibre cloth.

This watch has been checked and certified as clear by ‘The Watch Register’ the Global Database of Lost, Stolen and Counterfeit Watches. This database covers a broad range of incidents including robberies, burglaries, snatches, frauds, postal losses, accidental losses and fakes.

The condition of this watch is Very Good for its age with age related marks and scratches commensurate with careful ownership and use. The leather strap is used but is still in perfectly useable condition. The internals of the box show signs of degradation which one would expect due to its age and known historic deterioration.
