As an emblematic model of the Breitling collection, the Chronomat rapidly asserted itself as the reference in the specialized field of mechanical chronographs.

Originally created to equip the famous Frecce Tricolori flight team, the Chronomat has constantly evolved over the years, both technically and aesthetically, while retaining its unique style characterized by the rotating rider-tab bezel.

The Evolution version of the Chronomat was at the time undoubtedly the most accomplished, with its generous, sophisticated lines resulting from a subtle alchemist’s blend of proportions and curves.

Beneath its perfectly rounded exterior, the Chronomat Evolution is first and foremost a full-fledged ‘instrument for professionals’, a sturdy, precise and functional chronograph. Witness its case equipped with screw-locked safety pushpieces enabling it to withstand overpressure of 30 bars, equivalent to 300 meters (1.000 ft) in depth. Case: The watch features a 42mm Stainless Steel and 18ct Rose Gold Case. Unidirectional ratcheted 18ct Rose Gold bezel. Screw-locked crown with two Chronograph pushers and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. Solid case back with the Breitling embossed Logo with the Model number (C13356) and Serial Number (2188033) engraved.

Dial: This model showcases a White dial with rose gold-tone hands and rose gold-tone Roman Numeral hour markers. Minute markers around the semi-outer chapter ring with a Tachymetre on the outer chapter ring. An analogue dial with luminescent hands and markers. Date display at the 3 o'clock position. Three sub-dial chronographs displaying 60 second, 30 minute and 12 hours. Signed with a rose gold tone Breitling logo.

Movement: At the heart of the Chronomat Evolution is the Breitling Calibre 13 Automatic movement, based upon the ETA 7750, it containing 25 Jewels, has a power reserve of approximately 42 hours and runs at a frequency of 28800.

Strap/Bracelet: The watch comes with a Stainless Steel & 18ct Rose Gold pilots bracelet with signed fold over clasp. The model has a 19cm wrist and it is slightly loose, there is a spare link also. This model is from 2006 as signified by the date code between the lugs 3706b4 (37 week of year 06) between the lugs. The watch comes with an aftermarket box and a historic Insurance valuation certificate.

This watch presents in good condition for its age, with moderate signs of wear (scratches and/or marks), commensurate with careful ownership and use. Please refer to the photographs.
